Have it work without rooting the phone...

Installed the program and had it scan the phone... After that it said that I have to root the phone. Guess what. That deletes all the data the the phone is supposed to back up... Catch 22? Bob

Installation reports corrupted files.

Installation reports corrupted files. Recommended re-installation does not fix this, Program gets reported as registered but, does not appear on desktop or Win 8 start menu.

where the exe file is located.

I unzipped the file using WinZip but the exe file cannot be located. I have a great search program that does not show Tipard as installed or registered.

Just back up my Galaxy S4. Not root it.

Just back up my Galaxy S4 to my PC and be able to view the data like contacts. Not root it. What software will do that?
